Complying Development

1. A copy of the Section 10.7 Planning Certificate (within 6 months old)
2. A copy of the Architectural plans of the proposed development.

Construction Certificate

1. A copy of the Council Approved Development Consent.
2. A copy of the Council stamped Architectural plans.
