CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE
A Construction Certificate (CC) is required following your Development Application (DA) approval by Council.
Building works cannot legally commence until a CC is obtained.
COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT
Complying development is a fast-track approval process.
Once an application meets the specific criteria, it can be determined and approved as Complying Development Certificate (CDC) saving you valuable time.
PRINCIPAL CERTIFYING AUTHORITY
Prior to commencing any building work, you must appoint a Principal Certifying Authority (PCA)
Appointment in the role of (PCA) allows CityLife to carry out mandatory inspections and issue the Occupation Certificate on your projects.
